Ransome Asset Management Named to USF Fast 56 for Second Consecutive Year

TAMPA, FL, October 12, 2026. Ransome Asset Management, LLC, a Tampa based registered investment advisory firm, today announced that it has been named a 2026 University of South Florida (USF) Fast 56 honoree, marking the second consecutive year the firm has earned a place among the fastest growing businesses owned or led by USF alumni.

The recognition follows the firm’s debut on the 2025 Fast 56 list, where it ranked 5th. Returning to the list in 2026 reflects the firm’s continued growth and the durability of the investment approach that has driven its success.

The USF Fast 56 program, named for the university’s founding year, honors the entrepreneurial achievement and business leadership of USF alumni across the Tampa Bay region and beyond. Founder and Chief Investment Officer Dawson A. Ransome, CFA, is a graduate of the USF Muma College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, magna cum laude, with a concentration in asset management and applied security analysis. He remains closely involved with the university as an Alumni Board Member of the Student Managed Investment Fund and a Senior Board Member of the USF Real Estate Society.
